Rivian R1S/R1T Activated Carbon Air Filter

The air filter came in 0 hassle packaging and came with simple instructions that were easy to follow.
The process only takes a few minutes, but I added a few steps because my R1T needed its AC disinfected after spending so much time in humid climates.

The air filter looks just like the Rivian OEM filter. Easy to install. I am not that tall so I needed to use a step stool to reach the compartment in the frunk. You remove the plastic shroud, remove the old, replace with new. Very simple maintenance. If you go on the trails, you may find your filters needing to be replace more sooner.

I routinely drive in extremely dusty conditions, as well as through national forests and areas with very high pollen levels, and I’ve had no intrusion whatsoever of any dust dirt debris or pollen into the cabin. This filter is over 30% cheaper than the Rivian branded OEM filter but just as good- I love having options!
