Outstanding product and customer service!

My Vion center console hub’s display went out after 3 months of use so I emailed customer support about the issue, and voila! They sent a replacement right away. So I would say I’m a satisfied customer and will keep using and or buying their products.

Looks good, but disappointed

I bought this because I thought it would charge my gear well. My nightstand charger uses cables that indicate the watts, like this item does. The 27w plug does give full power, but no the adjacent USB-C plug. I was hoping it would pass through the high power of the vehicle USB-C plugs below, or just work off of one. It does neither. I have not used the USB-A plugs yet.

The second issue is cosmetic. The clear smoke color overlay is not glued down where it is labeled "Vion" and sticks up every so often.

The third issue is that the 27w port is not firm, when I insert a USB-C plug. I often find it has fallen out too easily. The adjacent USB-C plug has a very positive USB-C connection.

The third issue is the second USB-C port is very low power. My phone had 49% remaining, and it was on the only thing plugged in. It was drawing 4W, and losing charge while using it for Waze navigation.

I will look for another option. I like my other Vion gear. Usually the experience is much better. It is possible I got a bad one. I have not contacted customer service.
